Insurance and Payment OptionsWe accept most insurances including Priority Health, BCBS, Medicare, and most commercial insurances. FINANCIAL POLICY Insurance: You agree to pay any portion of the charges not covered by insurance. It is the responsibility of the patient to know his or her insurance benefits. Uninsured: Payment is due at the time of service. You may pay with cash, major credit card or debit card. Payment at time of service: We ask any portion not covered by your insurance due to deductibles or co-pays on the date of service. Balance due after Insurance pays: If there is a remaining balance due, you have 30 days to make payment on receipt of the invoice. Payment arrangements can be made by contacting Brooke in our Billing Dept. at 933-3283. Outstanding Balances: We urge you to keep your account current to avoid any misunderstandings with our office. All account balances over 120 days will be sent to an outside agency for collections At that point, the account is out of our hands. If your account is sent to a collection agency, you will need to pay the outstanding balance before being seen. Returned Checks: There is a $30 fee for all returned checks. Checks are only accepted in the billing dept. ![]()
